• Budding Entrepreneurs, with some minimum qualifications like intermediate, wishing to make a career in Eco-Friendly Related Projects shall be invited to join this academy. Age below 35 years,
• The candidates shall be given online training to develop their entrepreneurship skills in the context of marketing and executing Eco-Friendly projects, like Solar units, STPs, WWTP, Renewable Energy in residential, commercial and industrial installations.
• After completion of on-line / on the job training, for a minimum 3 months, selected candidates shall be awarded a certificate of participation and would be given an option to join the marketing team of SMBEPPL, on signing of a separate exclusive agreement of association This agreement shall cover the compensation and incentives towards their efforts in achieving the sales targets.
• A refundable deposit to safeguard our proprietary information and a joining fee is payable. Ask for details and introductory offer
• In case the candidate is not offered Channel Partner’s assignment or wishes to quit on his own, after expiry of 6 months, The deposit amount shall be refunded to him, subject to his fulfilling all conditions of agreement particularly confidentiality and N.D clauses.
